Agroforestry combines arable farming, livestock farming and forestry in one area.
On a guided tour through the walnut agroforestry with Pia Haartz from Hof Birgel, you can experience first-hand how agriculture and nature conservation go hand in hand and strengthen our community.
Weather permitting, you can also visit a truffle plantation.
Afterwards, there will be room for discussion and a cozy get-together with coffee and snacks.
Places are limited to 25 people and participation is only guaranteed once registration has been confirmed.
Tip: The first Agroforst Stammtisch will take place afterwards on June 7 at 6 pm in the Tropical Greenhouse on the Kleve campus.
