The way
With TransRegINT we’re providing impetus and creating structures to actively shape our future together.

Exchange:
We're creating a lively platform for dialogue and creative participation in sustainable development. Because dialogue promotes understanding and new ideas.

Applied research & pilot projects:
Scientific findings are the foundation for forward-looking solutions. We're contributing to the region through the applied research we conduct in our transformation projects. TransRegINT initiates and supports the implementation of hands-on, participatory pilot projects.

Competence building
By imparting knowledge and supporting the acquisition of skills, we're making ourselves fit for the future and educating people who will act as multipliers.
Transformation Advisory Board

The Transformation Advisory Board is an advisory body that was established in 2023. Its task is to support the TransRegINT project. The focus is on sustainable development and transformation in the Lower Rhine region.
The advisory board consists of experts from science, politics and society. They advise the university on how innovation and sustainability can be promoted and implemented. They also provide important ideas and impetus to drive forward the transformation process in the region.
Dr. Barbara Hendricks, the former Federal Minister for the Environment, was elected Chairwoman. Her deputy is District Administrator Ingo Brohl.
