Transformation Advisory Board

Prof. Dr.-Ing. Peter Kisters, Vice President for Research, Innovation and Knowledge Transfer, Advisory Board Chairwoman Dr. Barbara Hendricks, former Federal Minister, Prof. Dr. Oliver Locker-Grütjen, President of Rhine-Waal University of Applied Sciences and Pia Schilberg, Project Coordinator TransRegINT (f.l.t.r.)

The Transformation Advisory Board is an advisory body that was established in 2023. Its task is to support the TransRegINT project. The focus is on sustainable development and transformation in the Lower Rhine region.

The advisory board consists of experts from science, politics and society. They advise the university on how innovation and sustainability can be promoted and implemented. They also provide important ideas and impetus to drive forward the transformation process in the region.

Dr. Barbara Hendricks, the former Federal Minister for the Environment, was elected Chairwoman. Her deputy is District Administrator Ingo Brohl.
