Scientific findings are the foundation for forward-looking solutions. We're contributing to the region through the applied research we conduct in our transformation projects. TransRegINT initiates and supports the implementation of hands-on, participatory pilot projects.

By imparting knowledge and supporting the acquisition of skills, we're making ourselves fit for the future and educating people who will act as multipliers.

Der Transformationsbeirat ist ein beratendes Gremium, das 2023 ins Leben gerufen wurde. Seine Aufgabe ist es, das Projekt TransRegINT zu unterstützen. Dabei geht es um die nachhaltige Entwicklung und den Wandel in der Region Niederrhein.

Der Beirat besteht aus Expertinnen und Experten aus Wissenschaft, Politik und Gesellschaft. Sie beraten die Hochschule dabei, wie Innovationen und Nachhaltigkeit gefördert und umgesetzt werden können. Außerdem bringen sie wichtige Ideen und Impulse ein, um den Transformationsprozess in der Region voranzutreiben.

Zur Vorsitzenden wurde Dr. Barbara Hendricks gewählt, die ehemalige Bundesumweltministerin. Ihr Stellvertreter ist Landrat Ingo Brohl.
